About Us

Pleasant View Baptist Church is located right in the heart of Breckenridge County in McQuady, KY. The church was born out of a burden from Pleasant View in Taylors, S.C. under the leadership of Pastor Larry Raynes. A young preacher by the name of Bro. J. Dale Massengale bore the burden with his pastor and became the first and only pastor of Pleasant View Baptist Church in KY. This was over twenty years ago but the burden is still alive and God is still moving!
